Terms and conditions

About these terms
These terms apply to your use of the MurMur website and waitlist. MurMur is run by Amanda Keita Saulīte (info@murmurtickets.com). By joining the waitlist you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't join.
The waitlist
Joining the waitlist means you're interested in MurMur. It isn't a purchase, a contract for a service, or a guarantee of access. We may launch later than expected, change what the product does, offer it only to some people, or decide not to launch at all. We'll contact you by email about the launch, but we can't promise a date.
Your information
You must give a real email address that you control, and you must give honest answers. How we handle your personal data is described in our Privacy policy.
Acceptable use
Don't misuse the site or the form. That includes sending spam or automated submissions, trying to disrupt or gain unauthorized access to the service, or submitting someone else's email address without their permission. We may remove entries that break these rules.
Intellectual property
The MurMur name, logo, website content and design belong to us. You may not copy or reuse them without our permission.
No warranties and limits on liability
The website is provided "as is". We try to keep it working, but we don't promise it will always be available or error-free. To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect losses arising from your use of the site. Nothing here limits any rights you have as a consumer under mandatory law, or liability that can't legally be excluded.
Leaving the waitlist
You can ask us to remove you at any time by emailing info@murmurtickets.com.
Changes
We may update these terms. The date above shows the latest version. If we make significant changes, we'll tell waitlist members by email. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept it.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Latvia. Disputes will be handled by the competent courts of Latvia, without limiting any rights you have as a consumer to bring a claim in your own country.
