Privacy policy
Last updated: 3 October 2026
This policy explains what happens to the information you give us when you join the MurMur waitlist.
Who we are
The controller of your personal data is Amanda Keita Saulīte. You can contact us at info@murmurtickets.com.
What we collect
- Your email address.
- Your answer to the question about how you work with tickets (write them, develop from them, something else, or prefer not to say). If you choose "Something else", this includes the text you type. Please don't enter sensitive information there.
- If you write or develop from tickets, your answer about how often follow-up questions happen (a range such as 1–33%).
- Your IP address, which is used briefly to limit repeated submissions.
We don't use cookies, analytics, or advertising trackers on this site.
Why we use it, and on what basis
- To send you a confirmation email and to tell you when MurMur launches, and to understand who is interested and what problems they have. The legal basis is your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), which you give by submitting the form. You can withdraw it at any time.
- To protect the form from abuse and spam. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in keeping the service working (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
Who we share it with
We don't sell your data. We use these service providers to process it on our behalf:
- Supabase stores the waitlist (email and answers), in the EU (Ireland).
- Vercel hosts the website, in the EU (Frankfurt), and processes standard request data such as your IP address.
- Brevo sends the confirmation email. Your email address is processed by Brevo, which may do so in the European Union, the United States and India.
- Upstash holds your IP address for about a minute to limit repeated submissions, in the EU (Frankfurt).
Some of these providers are based outside the EU or process data outside the EU/EEA, in particular in the United States and India. Where your data is transferred to a country without an EU adequacy decision, the transfer relies on the EU Standard Contractual Clauses or, for the United States, the EU-US Data Privacy Framework. You can ask us for details of these safeguards at the email address above.
How long we keep it
We keep your email and answers for up to 12 months after MurMur launches, or until you ask us to delete them, whichever comes first. IP addresses used for rate limiting are discarded within minutes.
Your rights
You can ask us to access, correct, or delete your data, to restrict or object to how we use it, to give you a copy of it, or to stop using it because you withdraw your consent. Withdrawing consent doesn't affect what we did before. Email info@murmurtickets.com and we'll respond within one month.
If you believe we have handled your data unlawfully, you can complain to your national data protection authority. In Latvia that is the Data State Inspectorate (Datu valsts inspekcija, dvi.gov.lv).
Changes
If we change this policy, we'll update the date above. If the change is significant, we'll let waitlist members know by email.
